• Usage and updates for one year from purchase date.

Warranty Policy

Products on Wikipoly are covered under warranty for the entire usage period, as described in product details. Features requiring customization or additional development are supported with negotiated fees and follow the same warranty terms.

• Bug fixing support for one domain only.
• Conflicts on other domains require fee-based support after issue evaluation.

Return Policy

Payments and Refunds

Full refunds are available within 7 working days if:

• Modules or plugins conflict with other products and cannot be resolved after support.
• Products are unsupported or incompatible with outdated systems, resulting in refunds.

If a product is unsupported or fails to resolve issues caused by the product itself (after review), a refund will be provided.

Donate Refunds

Donations are considered a gesture of appreciation. If a donation was made by mistake, contact us with proof of transfer for a refund.
