Configuration for Polar Alignment Ruler
Currently supports the following rulers:
- Bát Trạch
- Dương Công Tam Hợp
- Huyền Không Đại Quái
- Huyền Không Phi Tinh
- Kỳ Môn Độn Giáp
- Long Môn Bát Cục
- Trạch Nhật
To manage and adjust specific information for each ruler, simply modify the ruler’s name and the .png image file simulating the ruler in the Thước Lập Cực/ Loại Thước section.
Adjusting Polar Alignment Ruler Information
Activating Address Search on the Map
By default, address search on the map is disabled. To enable this feature, you need to:
- Register a Google Cloud account.
- Activate the following libraries to obtain an API key:
- Maps JavaScript API
- Places API
Enter the key in the Polar Alignment Ruler/Settings/Google Maps API section. Google will activate the address search feature for measurement within 5–30 minutes.
The basic usage fee is $7/month/1,000 address queries. For details, refer to the following link: https://mapsplatform.google.com/pricing/. Some integrated features using the Places API are included in the free tier.

Dual Ruler Support
The application supports measuring with two rulers simultaneously:
- Select the first ruler.
- Click Add Ruler to display the second ruler.
- To change the ruler type, select the ruler to replace on the map, then use the Search Ruler function to select a new ruler. The selected ruler will replace the current one on the map.
Measurement Modes
- Position-based Measurement:
- Enter the address and click Find Address to Measure, then proceed with the measurement.
- Blueprint-based Measurement:
- Click Choose Blueprint and Upload, then measure as usual.
In Position-based Measurement, you can toggle between Map, Satellite, or other views, just like using Google Maps.

Note: The data and interpretations provided in the demo application are not complete. The analysis data depends on the custom definitions set in the administration section.
With this configuration, the Polar Alignment Ruler is ready for use in either map-based or blueprint-based measurements, offering flexibility and precision tailored for Feng Shui applications.
